Placing an international order is simple.

1. Fill your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order click “Checkout.”
2. You will be taken to the Sign In Page where you will need to create an account with us.
    Click  "Create my Account".
3. Choose a user name and password, then click “Create my Account”.
4. On the next page select your country.
5. The form for international orders will appear.  Fill in your information and click “Submit”
6. On the Payment Page you will be asked to fill in credit card information or payment via Paypal.
7. Review your order and when you are satisfied, click "Place my Order".

That’s it! Your order has been submitted and you will receive a confirmation number and e-mail.

Once you have created an international account with us, you do not need to enter this information again. Simply fill your shopping cart, click “Checkout”,  sign in with your user name and password, enter payment details, review and submit your order.

If your shipping address or billing information has changed, you can update your account with us.
1. Click the “Your Account” button at the top of the site and log-in with your user name and
    password.
2. Now you are on your Account Main Page. Click “View/Edit My Account.”
3. From this page, you can change any account information including user name, billing,
   shipping and contact information. When you are finished click "Update" and your account
   will reflect the new information.

The shipping address is the address to which you want us to send your order.

Your billing address is the address where you receive your credit card bills/statements. The billing address you give us MUST be validated with your credit card company.

As long as your credit card bills go to a confirmed international address we can ship to any address within the U.S. If you have a friend, family member or shipping agent within the U.S., we would be happy to ship your order to that address. In fact, if we ship your order to a Continental U.S. address, then it will be eligible for our Flat Rate $6.95 shipping regardless of order price, size or weight.

Unfortunately we cannot ship an international order to any address other than your confirmed billing address within your own country, or a valid agent in the U.S. We cannot ship to a different country entirely.

If the credit card being used for any order has a U.S. billing address, we will NOT ship the order outside of the U.S. There are no exceptions. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is a common fraud practice and we have had to eliminate it to protect our customers.

You may only use your own credit cards, which means that your name must appear on the credit card that you are using and that the billing address for the card must be your billing address.

Shipping Methods: Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via the following methods:
Orders totalling under $100 US will be shipped via USPS Air Mail
Orders totalling $100 US or over will be shipped via USPS EMS Express.

Rates: The rates charged for shipment of orders to Canada are shown below. These amounts are charged upon checkout and are estimates. In the rare event that the shipping charge is greater than the estimate charged, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge before the order can ship. If you ordered via credit card, you will be notified of the charge and your card will be charged to expedite the order. If you ordered via Paypal, you will be notified via email of the balance due and will have 7 days to pay the difference via Paypal or credit card if you prefer. If after 7 days you have not paid the difference, the order will be canceled.

Insurance and Tracking: Canadian Orders under $100 are shipped via Air Mail and are NOT trackable or insured. You will not be provided with a tracking number as one will not exist. We do not offer insurance or other services, i.e. registered or certified mail, for air mail orders. Orders over $100 are shipped via EMS are automatically insured for $100 US and are trackable. We do not offer insurance beyond $100 US. If you have placed an order totalling under $100 US but would prefer your shipping to be upgraded to EMS, please contact us with your request after receiving your order confirmation.

Time in Transit: Canadian Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of placement.
Orders shipped via Air Mail typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Orders shipped via EMS typically take 7-10 days to arrive.

Toyrocket does not charge any tax on international orders. However, your destination country may charge a customs or duty tax on incoming goods. To find out if your order will be subject to an import tax, you should inquire with your local postal office.

Toyrocket cannot put false information on customs declarations. Your order will be declared correctly as merchandise with its true value on the customs tag.
