• How is a Toyrocket Amazon order different from a toyrocket.com website purchase? |
| Although you are buying an item from Toyrocket when you buy one of our items on Amazon, Toyrocket Amazon is a separate business from the Toyrocket.com website. Our Amazon orders are processed through a separate fulfillment system and have a separate inventory from our website inventory. The Terms and Conditions as outlined elsewhere on this website refer only to purchases from toyrocket.com. Amazon purchases have their own rules and conditions which are outlined in each listing and on the Amazon website.

• Can I combine am Amazon order with a website order? |
| Unfortunately, because our Amazon inventory and fulfillment are distinct from those of our website, Amazon orders cannot be combined with website orders. We can, however, add items to your Amazon order, charge you for those items separately and ship them together. Any items added to an eBay order at regular website prices will be eligible for the standard website shipping charges, but the original shipping charges associated with the Amazon items will not.

• Are Amazon orders eligible for promotions or coupons? |
| Unfortunately, no. Sales generated through channels such as Amazon result in listing, closing and transaction fees. Because there are no such fees associated with orders placed through the toyrocket.com website, we are able to pass the savings along to our website customers with special offers. Website offers such as Flat-Rate $6.95 shipping and discount coupons can only be applied to orders placed through the Toyrocket.com website. | Absolutely. Although the prices of our items on Amazon should be identical to the same item's price on our website, we are happy to offer you the lower price directly. First place the order through our website, then contact us for an adjustment.

| No, Toyrocket Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on orders placed through the toyrocket.com website. However, in most cases you can use Amazon.com gift certificates toward your Toyrocket Amazon store purchase.
