• Setting Up a ToyRocket.com Account

Setting up a new account is quick and easy.

1.When you are ready to place an order with us, add items to your shopping cart and     
    click "Checkout"
2. You will be taken to the Sign In page where you can select "Create My Account"
3. On the Create Account Page, choose a user name and password you will use to access
   your account. Click "Create My Account"
4. On the next page, enter your shipping and billing addresses, phone number and e-mail address. Click "Submit".

That's it. You can now place orders on the site.

 

• Viewing your Current Account Information

1. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Sign in using your user name (older customers may use an e-mail address) and password.
3. On the Main Account page select "View My Account Info".

You can now view your current shipping and billing profiles.

 

• Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten the password you chose when you set up your account we will be happy to e-mail you a reminder. Your reminder can only be sent to the e-mail address you used to create your account.  Depending on the speed of your e-mail program, the e-mail can take up to 10 minutes to reach you, however, you will usually receive it instantly.

1. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right corner of the site.
2. On the Sign In page select "Click Here to have your password mailed to you".
3. A small window will pop up where you can enter your e-mail address. Click "Submit".

We willl send your password to this e-mail address and you can use it to log in to your account.

 

• Changing your User Name or Password

It's easy to make changes to your user name or password. You can edit this information any time via "your Account" or make the changes during the checkout process.

1. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Sign in using your user name (older customers can use an e-mail address) and password.
3. On the Main Account Page select "View My Account Info".
4. Type in your new user name and/or password and click "Update my Account"

Changes that you make will update immediately and you will be able to place orders using this new information.

 

• Changing your Shipping Address or Contact Info

It's easy to make changes to your shipping address, phone number, fax number or e-mail address. You can edit this information any time via "your Account" or make the changes during the checkout process.

1. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Sign in using your user name (older customers can use an e-mail address) and password.
3. On the Main Account Page select "View My Account Info".
4. Type in your new shipping address or contact information and click "Update my Account"

• Changing your Billing Address

It's easy to make changes to your billing address. You can edit this information any time via "your Account" or make the changes during the checkout process.

• Checking on the Status of an Order

To check the current status of an order you have already placed, you can view your recent orders page.

1. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Sign in using your user name (older customers can use an e-mail address) and password.
3. On the Main Account Page click "View My Recent Orders".
4. You will see a list of all orders placed from your account. Click any order number to see complete details of that order.

The Order Detail Page will display complete order information including the date, ordered items, shipping and billing addresses and payment details. We have also provided a link on this page to track the order in transit via Fedex or the USPS depending on which carrier we used.
