All toys available on toyrocket.com are in brand new condition. This means all toys come to you in factory sealed, unopened packages. But we not only guarantee the condition of the toys themselves, but also the condition of the package in which the toy comes. We understand that many customers, particularly collectors, plan to keep their toys in the package and, therefore, want the nicest condition package possible. It is for these customers that we designed our Condition Guarantee.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, Toy Rocket guarantees that all toys you receive from us toys and figures are mint in collector grade (C9 or better) packaging. Most of the toys we carry, primarily new and recent toys, come direct from the manufacturer in sealed cases, which means they have not been handled prior to our shipping them to you. Most toys from the last 3 years are in this premium “case fresh” condition. Some older toys, particularly from the late 80s or early 90s, will not be case fresh, but are still guaranteed to be in collector grade (C9 or better) condition unless otherwise noted.

In some rare cases, Toy Rocket may offer toys which are in packages that are in less than Collector Grade condition. We refer to these toys as being in “Distressed” packaging. In this case the toy and package contents themselves are still in brand new, perfect condition, but the package is not. In most cases, the package will still be in relatively nice (C7-C8) condition, but is below what we would consider Collector Grade. Distress to a package typically consists of wrinkling, creasing, dings or small dents to the packaging, but the distress is limited to the package and does NOT affect the condition of the toy inside.

When a toy is offered in Distressed packaging, it will be clearly noted in the item description. Therefore, if you do not see a clear notation of “Distressed” on an item, then the Collector Grade Condition Guarantee applies to that item.

If you order a toy which is supposed to be in Collector Grade condition and receive one which is not, please return it to us pursuant to our return policy for a refund or, if you prefer, an exchange for the same toy in the proper condition. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to condition as well as anything else.
